1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at infraapex.com or engaging InfraApex Technologies for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and third parties who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

InfraApex Technologies provides the following services:

  • Website & Web Application Development
  • Mobile Application Development (Android & iOS)
  • Cloud Solutions & Infrastructure Setup
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC)
  • IT Consulting & Desktop Support
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

All services are provided subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the client. The scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the project proposal or service contract signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of InfraApex Technologies and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (source code, design files, etc.) as outlined in the project agreement. InfraApex Technologies retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools used in project development remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual project proposal or invoice. In general:

  • A minimum advance payment is required before commencement of any project.
  • Milestone-based payments may apply for larger projects as defined in the project agreement.
  • Final delivery of source code or website credentials is made only after receipt of the final payment.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Delayed payments beyond 15 days from the due date may result in a suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

InfraApex Technologies treats all client information, business requirements, and project details as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are equally expected to keep any proprietary tools, methodologies, or pricing details shared by InfraApex confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

InfraApex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any service downtime beyond our control (including hosting provider outages, third-party API failures, or force majeure events).

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute during the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination:

  • The client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
  • InfraApex will deliver all completed work and project assets upon receipt of outstanding payments.
  • Any advance payments for work not yet commenced may be refunded at InfraApex's discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to Terms

InfraApex Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
